As I understood, the app is working only if the phone is connected to the net. At night I disable the network connection; it would be nice to have a "off-line" mode, so that the app can still record during this period and then upload the data once the connection is established again.16 votes
Off-line mode has been implemented and will be available with the upcoming release of v0.10.0
Maybe it's already hère, but I don't know how to do this...4 votes

Temperature monitoring has been implemented as of v0.9.0, although the exact shut-off temperature is subject to change. We currently have this set to 42 C.

We have now migrated to the Google Play Store for Android, which will automatically update the app when new releases are available.
I added my phone (Pauli) and tablet (Smoot). For some reason, they're showing up as "Bewitched" and "The Fall" ... huh? Might as well just give them a number, that makes the dashboard useless to tell them apart. Has Smoot or Pauli become bewitched? I have no idea... And the more devices I add, the worse it gets.5 votes
This is now implemented. From your “My devices” page, click on the device to go to its page, and find the button on the bottom of the screen.
Would be very nice if application can work with screen turned off and can send fake black image to camera. Power savings and working in background on battery in option if someone like want to crunch all the time :)29 votes
The CRAYFIS app is now capable of running as a background service with the screen off as of v0.9.0
